Background
Jim Bettinger is Managing Director and Broker of REGIONAL REAL ESTATE
GROUP. Jim has more than 30 years of experience in building and
development-related services, including involvement with projects from
South Florida to the Mid-Atlantic states and the Carolinas.
Education / Experience
He spent more than 12 years with a national paint manufacturer, winning sales productivity awards, and was eventually promoted to District Sales Manager in the corporate headquarters. He later became owner and manager of a retail business with two locations in Northwest Florida, named Small Business of the Year in 1995. After selling his interests, Jim became a licensed Real Estate agent. He joined Advantis/SouthGroup in Tallahassee as an Associate in 1999, winning “Rookie of the Year.” In 2002, he was recruited to be the Director of Development for Parrish Group. In his role as primary liaison for Parrish Group clients, Jim worked closely with the Director of Construction and other Parrish Group team members. He has also been responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial and residential developments, including budgeting, scheduling and hiring architects and engineers.
