Background
Charlie comes to REGIONAL REAL ESTATE GROUP from GVA Advantis where
he served most recently as Managing Director of the Tallahassee office. He
entered the real estate profession in 2004 after 20 years in the beer and wine
distribution business, and earned the GVA Advantis “Rookie of the year” award in his first year. Since 2004 he has completed over $75 million in
transactions, and was the top producing commercial broker in the Tallahassee
GVA Advantis office each year through 2009. A Tallahassee native, Charlie is
very familiar with the North Florida and South Georgia real estate markets,
and has strong ties to the business community. He practices in the area of
general commercial real estate with a focus on site selection and development land sales.
