Background
Alan comes to Regional Real Estate Group from Commercial Consultants Corporation (CCC) of Tallahassee where he excelled in Sales and Leasing of Industrial Properties. He entered the real estate profession in 2003 after 10 years as Commercial Sales Analyst in the Leon County Property Appraiser's office, where he evaluated commercial properties for tax purposes. After leaving the Leon County Property Appraiser's office, Alan worked under the guidance of the Late Terrance Fregly of CCC and closed commercial real estate transactions as varied as brownfield land parcels, warehouses, development of retail sales plus the leasing of the development tracts, and office sales plus leasing. Alan has made Tallahassee his home since 1981, and practices general commercial real estate with an emphasis on Industrial Sales and Leasing.
